For the second year in a row, etnies is proud to sponsor Soled Out, the premiere event celebrating the sneaker subculture.
With rare and limited sneakers, sneaker-influenced art, sneaker bars, giveaways and world famous DJs, Soled Out is an innovative and unique event that speaks to both the consumer and trade via the authoritative voice and drawing power of both Fixins.Com and Complex Magazine.
This very special event will show-off plenty of incredibly rare and limited-edition etnies sneakers, as well as a special collection of never-before-seen etnies gems! Los Angeles is the first stop of the 2004 Soled Out Tour, which will also visit San Francisco, Philadelphia and NYC.
Soled Out L.A. goes down on March 9, 2004
from 9:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. at the Ivar Club (age 21 +) on Hollywood Blvd. in Los Angeles.

Team Report 03-01-04

They just got back from Tavarua, Fiji, where they were surfing with Australian etnies riders Toby Martin, Kai Otten and Isaac Buckley, plus Tracks magazine photographer Nathan Smith. They got some good waves and it looks like there will be a story in Tracks in the next few months.
Dan Malloy just got back from a filming trip to Oregon with Gerry Lopez and Thomas Campbell. Now hes off to Morocco for more filming for an upcoming Taylor Steele movie.
Jun Jo is at home in Hawaii getting the best waves of the Winter at Pipeline and Backdoor. HeҒs going to Japan next week for a promo tour with his Japanese surf shop sponsor.
Otto Flores is at home in Puerto Rico, surfing a few contests and shooting photos. He plans on going back to Hawaii for the month of March for some late season photos.
Conan Hayes is in California right now, working and surfing everyday. His clothing company RVCA is absolutely blowing-up right now. He plan on going to Tahiti for the trials for the WCT event there in April. Conan has made the main event the last two years in a row.
