The California kid! Simpo lives in the heart of Southern California Surf City, USA, Huntington Beach. Brett is on a steady pace to the WCT. In his rookie year he won "Rookie of the Year" honors for the Hawaiian Triple Crown, making the final at big Haleiwa. Brett quickly became a hometown hero! His surfing is solid and well rounded. It's not a matter of if he'll make it; it's a matter of when.
